Meet Dr. Vlad Constantinescu
Invictus Chiropractic is for active parents, busy professionals, athletes, and driven adults who are tired of pushing through pain and saying, “I’ll deal with it later.”
Because at some point, later starts costing you.
- It costs you energy at work,
- patience at home,
- confidence in the gym,
- sleep at night,
- performance in sports,
- and affects quality time with the people who truly matter
The name Invictus means “unconquered.” To Dr. Vlad, that does not mean pretending life is easy. It means choosing to take ownership, rebuild trust in your body, and move forward with strength and purpose.
The Spartan helmet in the Invictus logo represents the armor each patient is working to put back on: confidence, discipline, clarity, and self-respect.
At Invictus Chiropractic, care is personal, focused, and built around progress. Through relieving adjustments, practical rehab, and honest connection, Dr. Vlad’s goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and take charge of your health.
This clinic is for the parent who wants to keep up with their kids, the professional tired of running on stress and pain, and the person who knows they are capable of more!
Our goal is simple: to help you put your own armor back on and become more unconquerable in your own life.

Sciatica taking a grip on your life?
Severe pain in your back that "comes and goes", worse when you bend forward in the morning and seems to make your foot tingle sometimes...
The sharp pain. The numbness. The burning down the leg. The fear of bending, lifting, sitting too long, training again, or even trusting your body to move normally. Heck... I've even fallen to my knees when it was really bad from coughing, laughing or sneezing the wrong way...
Dr. Vlad Constantinescu understands that struggle personally. During his years competing in national-level powerlifting, where he placed 2nd in Canada, he suffered an L4/5 disc herniation that gave him a firsthand understanding of how overwhelming nerve pain can feel. Tingling down his legs, inability to walk without help, difficulty with going to the bathroom, and embarassingly having to ask people to help you put on socks in the morning.
That experience shaped the way he cares for people today.
At Invictus Chiropractic, Dr. Vlad teaches from “scar tissue” — not just textbooks. He knows how frustrating it can be to feel limited by your back, unsure what movements are safe, feeling the frustration of not being able to workout, difficulty standing and sitting too long, pain rolling in bed, difficulty with socks in the morning, issues getting up after prolonged sitting, getting in and out of a car without back pain, and tired of wondering whether the pain will keep coming back.
His goal is to help you better understand what may be driving your sciatica, calm things down, rebuild confidence in how your body moves, and create a clear path forward through relieving chiropractic care, practical rehab, and honest connection.
Sciatica can make you feel fragile. Invictus Chiropractic exists to help you feel capable again.
